IRP

On Tuesday, Brady had his Independent Reading Program ceremony.  This is a recognition for all students that read 100 or more books during the school year.  Brady met his 100 books goal nine weeks after school started because he wanted to be the first in his class to complete their reading certificate (yes, he's super competitive in ALL that he does).  He finished the year with close to 275.  He also finished his first grade career with straight A's.  Last week he was given a teacher requested IQ test and I'm anxious to find out the results.  Let's hope he continues to use his brains for good rather than evil (but let me note, expectations are low).

Great job Brady!  Your dad and I are very proud of your academic success this year and we can't wait to see what 2nd grades holds for you.  Your potential is limitless!!
